Map, copied from an 'attested' plan by Captain R H Bonnycastle Royal Engineers and with MS additions, illustrating a 'Government sale of lots [by the] Commissioner of Crown Lands Office and Royal Engineer Office, Toronto Novr 9th 1834 & 25th Octr 1836' and showing lettered and numbered lots and streets. Scale: 1 inch to 300 feet. Compass indicator. Drawn by H J Castle.
