2 items extracted from CO 18/226. 2 copies of a plan of Fremantle Harbour, Western Australia, showing extent of works constructed and provided for. (1) The map gives soundings and shows the condition of dredging on 30 June [18]99 and the extension of the North Mole and the boundary of additional dredging which it is estimated will be completed by 30 September [18]99. The map bears a reference table and notes. Scale: 1 inch to 400 feet. Compass indicator. By C Y O'Connor, Engineer in Chief, 30 June [18]99. A copy of PWD WA [Public Works Department, Western Australia] 6951. (2) The map gives soundings and shows the condition of dredging on 30 June [18]99 and the extension of the North Mole and the boundary of dredging to 30 feet below water which it is estimated will be completed by 31 March 1900. This map also shows a jetty on the north side of the river which is intended to be completed by the same date. The map bears a reference table and notes. Scale: 1 inch to 400 feet. Compass indicator.
