(1) A sheet showing the flag for governors of British Colonies; the British blue ensign and pendant for all armed vessels in the employ of the government of a [British] colony; and the British blue ensign for vessels in the employment of the government of a [British] colony but not armed. (2)-(4) 3 sheets of designs for arms or badges of the several [British] colonies to be emblazoned on the flags shown on (1). Designs for several of the colonies for which spaces are provided are blank. Lithographed by Vincent Brooks Day & Son.
