Enclosure award and map of Gammersgill (hamlet in the parish of Coverham), North Riding of Yorkshire. Map covers the enclosed area only (304 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows woods, named commons, named gates, boundary lengths, road widths, stopped-up roads, field boundary ownership, some named landowners. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Map certified for accuracy, 7 November 1867. Valuer: Charles Frederick Adams, Barkway, Hertfordshire, Land Surveyor
The county enrolled copy and the parish copy of this map are held at North Riding Record Office, at references QDD(I), no. 11 and PR/COV respectively
