Description

Enclosure award and map of Bromsgrove - Woodcote Green (in the parish of Bromsgrove), Worcestershire. Includes Great Wood, Little Wood and Hopping Hill Coppice in parish of Upton Warren. Map covers the enclosed area only (122 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows lakes or ponds, woods, hedges, fences or walls, footpaths or bridleways, named turnpike roads, houses, pit or quarry, field boundary ownership, some named landowners. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 2 chains. By [?Copyhold, Enclosure and Tithe Commission], [1855]. Map certified for accuracy, 12 July 1855. Valuer: William Fowler, Birmingham, Warwickshire, Land Surveyor
