Also shows lakes or ponds, public watercourse, named river, bridges, hedges, named turnpike roads, roads (some named), houses and uninhabited buildings (distinguished by colour), named hotel and public house, old workhouse, some named buildings, railways (with station), sale lots, field boundary ownership, named physical features. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Map certified for accuracy, 11 May 1865. Valuer: William Butcher, Epsom, Surrey, Land Surveyor
