Enclosure award and map of Lurkenhope (township in the parish of Stowe), Shropshire. Map covers the enclosed area only (596 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows named lakes or ponds, well, woods, post-enclosure field acreages, footpaths or bridleways, houses, named buildings, land allotted to the poor, landmark trees and bushes (species named). Antiquities shown: Offa's Dyke (with herringbone), Russells Grave. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Map certified for accuracy, 27 October 1854. Valuer: Richard Taylor, St Leonard Bridgnorth, Shropshire, Land Surveyor
