Also shows public wharf, land reserved for wharfage, named river (with direction of flow), drainage features, church, inn, named buildings, some named landowners. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Construction lines shown. Map certified for accuracy, 13 January 1870. Valuer: Thomas Jackson, Broughton, Preston, Lancashire, Land Surveyor
