Enclosure award and map of Hingston Down Common (in the parish of Calstock), Cornwall. Map covers the enclosed area only (1522 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Includes three cross-sections of watercourses. Also shows footpaths or bridleways, named turnpike roads, roads (some named), named inn, boundary mound and stones, field boundary ownership, some named landowners. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Map certified for accuracy, 16 January 1862. Valuer: John Chaddock Chowen, Uppaton, Devon, Land Surveyor
