Enclosure award and map of Pitstone (or Pightlesthorne) (parish), Buckinghamshire. Map covers the enclosed area and some other land (1644.434 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows lakes or ponds, footpaths or bridleways, roads (some named), houses and uninhabited buildings (distinguished by colour), some named buildings, named railway, field boundary ownership. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. By James L Atty, Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, 1854. Map certified for accuracy, 15 September 1856. Valuer: Martin Nockolds, Saffron Walden, Essex, Land Surveyor
