Thomas Noades v. Onesiphorus Norman: Value, &c., of the personal estate of Samuel Noades, of the city of Bristol (plaintiff's late uncle), and as to who is his heir-at-law, &c., &c. Said estate includes a messuage or tenement in East Tucker, in the parish of Temple, in the city of Bristol, and an estate at Sandford Orkis (Somerset), rented by John Bray, yeoman, &c., &c. [The names of Anne Noades (wife of said Saml Noades and defendant's late sister), Jas. Noades (who was surgeon on board the Bristol ship or vessel called the "Thistle"), who died on the coast of Guinea, and Geo. Noades (sons of said Saml and Anne), John Howell Smith, Francis Skurry, John Noades, late of the city of Bristol, mason (plaintiff's father), Henry Bray, of the city of Bristol, mariner (captain or commander of said ship), and Nicholas Norman, of Bristol, cooper (defendant's father), are mentioned.]: Bristol; Somerset.
