Description

John West, Esq. v. John Laroche, Esq., Christopher Hawkins, Esq., Theodore Johnson, Esq., and others.: Indenture quadripartite (bearing date 24 June, 6 Geo. 2., 1732) made between John West, of Bury St. Edmunds (Suffolk), Esq., father and guardian of Mary West and Frances West his daughters by Mary West his wife (both the said daughters being infants under the age of twenty-one years), of the first part; Sir Francis Vyvyan, baronet, eldest son and heir male of Sir Richard Vyvyan, baronet, who was eldest son and heir male of Chas. Vyvyan, Esq., by Mary his wife, daughter of Richd. Erisey, brother of James Erisey, late of Erisey, in the county of Cornwall, Esq., deceased, of the second part; Mary Erisey, of Grade, in the county of Cornwall, spinster, sister and executrix of Richd. Erisey, late of Erisey, aforesaid, Esq., deceased, nephew of the said James Erisey, of the third part; and John Laroche, of the parish of St. James, within the liberty of Westminster, in the county of Middlesex, Esq., Christopher Hawkins, of Trewinnard, in the said county of Cornwall, Esq., and Theodore Johnson, of Furnivall's Inn, in the county of Middlesex, gent., of the fourth part, &c., &c. Touching the place of abode and the register of burial of Mary Erisey, spinster who, it is stated, lived formerly in Cornwall and afterwards at Plymouth, and died at Plymouth, &c., &c.: Cornwall; Devon.
