Edward Clavell, Esq: Vicarage and parish of Chipping Campden (Gloucester), the rectory and parish of Winfrith (Dorset), and defendant's lands in Winfrith"alias Winfrith Newburgh," called"Langcotts," and"East Forcyll" alias"Langcotts," and"East Forteshull," &c., &c. Tithes. Whether the defendant's said lands were formerly parcel of the possessions of the dissolved abbey or monastery of Bindon alias Bynedon (Dorset),"and as such exempted or discharged from the"payment of tithes whilst held in the manual occupac'on of the owner of the inheritance thereof"?
