James Johnson, clerk v. Charles Firebrace, Esq., Ambrose Death, Wm. Mitchell, Ambrose Biggs, Wm. Smith, Zephany Lungly: Rectory and parish of Melford, the place called "Melford Hall," the orchards, &c., belonging, the ground called "The Bowling Green," the park called "Melford Hall Park," lands called "The Paddocks" and "Broad Meadow," and woods called "Linnage" and "Spelthorne," formerly belonging to Sir Robert Cordell, Bart., after his death to Sir John Cordell his son, after the death of said Sir John to his sister Elizth (late the wife of Thos. King, Esq.) and Margaret (who married defendant Firebrace), and now to the said defendant and John King (son of said Thos. and Elizth, &c., &c. Tithes.
