William Barnes, gent., Joseph Stubbs, clerk.: Lands at Longthwaite, formerly belonging to John Stubbs (plaintiff's brother), and since to the plaintiff, and the lands of John Sanderson, at Tiffenthwayt (Cumberland). Distress levied upon the plaintiff's goods for rent due to Sir Henry Fletcher, late of Halton (Cumberland), Bart. Also touching the estate at Hesle Spring, of Richard Pearson, of Heslespring, sold by him to the plaintiff, &c., &c. Mortgage, &c., &c. [The names of Thos.
