Thomas Lampard v. Francis Cottington, and others.: Manor and park of Funthill Giffard, and land there called the park belonging to defendant, and formerly in the possession of Charles Cottington (defendant's father) and of Lord Cottington, and the plaintiff's premises situate in Stopp, in the parish of Funthill Giffard. Touching "the compl'ts renewing or changing the lives the compl't held in the p'mises in question by under the defendt Cottington." Customs of manor, &c., &c.
