William Clowes, Jasper Hooley, Richard Day and his wife Martha.: Last will and testament of Mary Heywood, spinster (of which defendants Clowes and Hooley are executors). Touching the debts due to theestate of said testatrix, and a bond entered into by the plaintiffs to said Mary, and an action at law upon said bond, &c., &c.
