John Elmes and his wife Susanna, administratrix of the goods and chattels of Joshua North, and Joshua North, son of the said Joshua North (an infant), by the said John Elmes, his next friend. v. John Burford, John Hutchins, John Troake.: Last will and testament, and the disposition of the estate of Joshua North (late father of plaintiffs Susanna and Joshua). Whether said Joshua, the testator, died seised of the messuage, &c., lying in Churchingford and Church Taunton (Devon), in the possession of defendant Burford, Joan Teller, Anne Fox, and Anne Cooke, and what estate or interest he had in said premises, &c., &c. [John Oram, of Shafton (Dorset), butcher, who married Susanna the widow of said Joshua North, is mentioned.]: Wilts; Dorset; Devon.
