(Attorney-General), at the relation of the Mayor, juratts, and commonalty of the town and hundred of Tenterden (Kent), and Humphrey Hammond, schoolmaster of the"Grammar Free School" of the said town, and Richd. Kennard and Joseph Huckstep, churchwardens of the parish of Tenterden. v. Sir John Hales, Bart.: Free Grammar School in Tenterden, and the defendant's farms, &c., in Woodchurch and Tenterden. What payments have been made or reputed to be made to the schoolmaster of said school by the defendant or his ancestors? What payments have been made to the churchwardens of Tenterden parish, for the use of said parish, in the nature of a rent-charge, by Sir Edward Hales (defendant's late father), or by any other of his ancestors? What payment made by the defendant's ancestors to the churchwardens of said parish for the use of the church there? To what family do lands or tenements called"Igguldens" and"Amyott's" belong? Touching a payment of 10s. per annum to the schoolmaster of said school, and 40s. per annum to said churchwardens, &c., &c.: Kent
