William Colman, Christopher Bale and his wife Elizabeth, William Bogan, and John Legassick, clerk, executors and trustees of William Stawell, Esqre.: Last will and testament of Sir John Stawell, Knt. (who married the sister of Richard Stephens, late of Estington (Gloucester), and of Robt. Stephens, (serjeant-at-law), late father of said William Stawell, and the disposition of his estate, which estate included lands, &c., in the counties of Devon and Somerset. Also touching the last will and testament and the estate of said Richd. Stephens (late father of the plaintiff Nathaniel), &c., &c. [The names of Sir Hugh Cholmley, Sir Edwd. Harley, Roger Twisden (afterwards Sir Roger Twisden), Sir Thos. Twisden (the now plaintiff), son and heir of said Roger, John Fisher, of the Middle Temple, London, are mentioned.]: Gloucester
