Suretyes (an infant, under the age of one-and-twenty years), by Edward Suretyes, his brother and guardian, John Walter, Arthur Cogdon, John Slater, William Halsell, Chas. Sanderson. v. Wm. Tempest, Richd. Taylor, Geo. Wheeler, Elizth Tempest, and Ann Tempest (an infant) by said William Tempest, her guardian, Wm. Fenwick.: Manor or town or township of Wylam, and the messuages, &c., belonging, and the "Coalryes" and coal mines, and the fishery of Wylam. Value, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Roger Fenwick, of Shortflatt, his son and heir Willm. Fenwick, Wm. Fenwick the eldest son, and Sir Robt. Fenwick, the second son of said Wm., Mark Brady, of the Pitthouse near Wylam, and Joseph Forster of Wylam, are mentioned.]: Northumberland.
