Description

John Phillips v. Tobias Saunders, John Saunders, Erasmus Saunders, Elizth. Saunders, Ann Saunders.: Messuages, lands, &c., in the parish of Llandevriog, called "Tyr y pentre duy" "Tyr y Park Bedw," "Tyr y gwaes Llwyd," "Tyry dio ychan ap Jenkin hir," "Tyr pen y uttra," "Tyr Gelly Gadwgan," and "Tyr trocdyrhiw," mortgaged by Howell Phillips (plaintiff's late grandfather) to Richard Phillips and Joan Phillips, of the parish of Llanypymsaint (Carmarthen). Whether said premises were redeemed by John Phillips (plaintiff's late father), &c., &c.: Cardigan; Carmarthen.
