Edmund Evans, Doctor of Lawes. v. Henry Phillips and his wife Frances.: "Cause or suit commenced and prosecuted" by James Taswell in the Court of Chancery in England against defendants and against the now plaintiff and his wife. Touching the examination of witnesses in and to a certain paper writing "purporting the last will and testament of John Kingsmill," late of Andover (Southampton), Esqre., late father of the defendant Frances. Validity of said will. Costs and charges of prosecuting and defending suits against said Taswell, &c., &c.: Wilts; Southampton.
