George Garlick v. John Jordan, Willm. Tooth, Yewpham Glass, widow.: "Tickets for seamen's wages," alleged to have been sold or assigned in payment of a debt to the defendant Glass, who keeps a "victualling house" in Portsmouth by defendant Toothe, who was her "servant or tapster," &c., &c.: Southampton.
