Christian Dunstone, widow, administratrix of Charles Dunstone. v. Katherine Hawkins, widow, John Stokes, Mary Eaton, widow.: Bond (put in suit by the defendant Katherine) given by Joseph Dunstone (the plaintiff's late husband) to Charles Taylor, of Bruxelles (Flanders), in trust for Benjn Hawkins (defendant's late husband). Plaintiff alleges that said bond was merely entered into for the purpose of keeping her said husband and others in awe and subjection, they being cognizant of certain smuggling transactions, and not for money lent.: Kent
