Jeremiah Balls v. Samuel Warkehouse, Eli Elisha Phillips, "two of the defendants.": Recovery of a reward of 120l. allowed by statute for the apprehension of three highwaymen who were committed to gaol by the defendant Samuel when he was mayor of Norwich,&c., &c. [The names of the rest of the defendants, viz., Mathias Elsegood, Stepn Smowton, Thos. Payne, Thos. Hardy, Hen. Marsham, Thos. Lawes, John Ruston, and Daniel Depute, are mentioned.]: Norfolk
