Short title: Dodd v Hesketh.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Dodd, Robert Cholmondley.

Defendant(s): Alexander Hesketh and his wife Margaret.

Subject of depositions: Messuages and tenements in Ormskirke and a close of ground in Aughton, called Pintle's Acre, and a messuage and tenement in Ormskirke, called the Eagle and Child, etc. Lease. Mortgage. Deed of defeazance, etc. [The names, of John Cooper, Margaret Billing, William Farrington, John Entwisle, Samuel Andrews, and Roger Barton are mentioned].
