Plaintiff(s): Robert Suckling, Charles Smith, Hester Shelton, widow, executors and executrix of the last will, of Henry Shelton, late of Barningham, debtors and accomptants to their Majesties.
Defendant(s): Andrew Spratt, Henry Lamont, George Smith, Dory Huby, widow, Robert Tite,Francis Andrews.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Henry Shelton (late husband of plaintiff Hester), and his estate, including the manor of Shelton (Norfolk). Metes and bounds, of said manor. Arrears of rent. [The names and possessions of Robert Sadd, late of Denton (Norfolk), and Thomas Fitton, late of Earsham, are mentioned].
