Description

Short title: Williams v Lougher.

Plaintiff(s): Jenkin Williams.

Defendant(s): Elizabeth Lougher, spinster.

Subject of depositions: Alleged payment of money (borrowed upon a bond) by plaintiff to defendant, and her sanity or not when she received said payment in discharge of said bond. [James Lougher (defendant's brother) is mentioned].

County/place: Glamorgan.

Date of commission: 28 November 1693.
