Description

Short title: Herle v Stuckey.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Herle, merchant.

Defendant(s): John Stuckey and his wife Agnes.

Subject of depositions: Loan of a parcel of white tin made by Eleanor Williams (late of Truro, of whom defendant Agnes is executrix) to the plaintiff. Touching money paid by plaintiff for the loan and "forbearance" of said tin, and the price of white tin and coyned tin at various periods, 1685.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 5 July 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 October 1693 at Truroe.
