Description

Short title: Trevor v Morgan.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Trevor.

Defendant(s): John Morgan, Roger Jones.

Subject of depositions: Lordship of Vala Crucis (Denbighshire), and the two water corne mills situate within said lordship, called "the New Mill" and "Melin y Pentre" etc. Touching the custom of "suit and service" (i.e. grinding corn, etc) of the freeholders, farmers, and others inhabiting and residing in Llangollen Tir Abbot (within said lordship) to said mills.

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 19 October 1693 at Llangollen Tir Abod.
