Description

Short title: Wycherley v Chetwood.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Wycherley and his wife Anne, Richard Wycherley and his wife Jane, Rowland Whittingham and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): Katherine Chetwood, widow, John Chetwood.

Subject of depositions: Personal estate, debts, of Elinor Chetwood, widow, William Chetwood (her son and heir), Joseph Chetwood, one of her executors, Thomas Chetwood, and John Chetwood, two of her youngest sons. The apprenticeship to a shoemaker, and maintenance of said Thomas.

County/place: Shropshire.

Date of commission: 16 May 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken at Wem., delivered into Court 10 July 1693.
