Description

Short title: Attorney General v Perrott.

Plaintiff(s): The Attorney General of the relation of John Tristram, William Cox, Thomas Taylor, Shedrach Taylor, clerk, Dame Mary Yate, relators.

Defendant(s): Humfry Perrott, John Taylor.

Subject of depositions: "A certen waste or com'on ground called `Bell Heath,' lying and being in the parish of Belbroughton (Worcestershire), and a capital messuage or manc'on house called Moore Hall, and diverse lands and tenements thereunto belonging and several other lands, called Madge Moore, and certen grounds called `Whitefields,' situate in Moorehall Bell, in the parish of Belbroughton, of which the relator John Tristram now is and for sevl years last past hath been possessed and owner" etc. Right of common of pasture.

Date of commission: 13 February 1693.
