Description

Short title: Turner v Hulse.

Plaintiff(s): Edmund Turner and his wife Lucy, executrix of John Crew, deceased.

Defendant(s): Katherine Hulse, widow, John Hulse.

Subject of depositions: Parcels of land called "the Two Great Kelsall Fields" the "Next Kelsall Field ", "the Great Field ", "the Longe Meadowe ", "the Greene" and "the Yords" lying in Tetten, near Middlewich in the parish of Warmingham (Cheshire), mortgaged by defendants to John Crew, of Crew Hall (Cheshire), deceased, as security for money lent by him to Katherine Hulse and her son Robert Hulse, deceased.

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 6 May 1693.
