Defendant(s): Thomas Wright, the elder, Thomas Wright, the younger.
Subject of depositions: Messuage, situate in Cholmondeley (Cheshire), wherein the elder defendant formerly dwelt. Touching a mortgage of said premises made by defendants to Dame Diana Warburton, the assignment of said mortgage by said Dame Diana to her daughter Frances Warburton, and conveyed by said Frances to plaintiff.
County/place: Cheshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1692.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 9 February 1693 at Namptwich.
