Plaintiff(s): Reginald Pindar.
Defendant(s): Samuel Jackson, Robt, Bateman, Ralph Sleigh, Thomas Froggatt, Ralph Rider, and five of the defendants.
Subject of depositions: Rectory, parish, and manor of Hartington, in the wapentake of Wirksworth (Derbyshire). Tithes of lead oare "called the tithe or tenth dishof all lead oare gotten within said parish and received of the grovers or miners" within said parish. Customs of manor. Tithes.
County/place: Derbyshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1692.
