Description

Short title: Taylor v Latus.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Taylor, Henry Nealson, John Woodburne, Edward Jackson, Matthew Jackson, the elder, Richard Jackson, John Jackson, Matthew Jackson, the younger, William Carter, Matthew Carter, on behalf of themselves and the rest of the freeholders and customary tenants ofthe parish of Kirkby Ireleth, in the county palatine of Lancaster.

Defendant(s): William Latus, John Latus.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Kirkby Ireleth, in Lancaster, the late monastery of Furness, the manors or lordships of Kirkby Ireleth, Broughton, and Dunnerdale cum Seathwaite. Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1692.
