Short title: Couldham v Dusgate.
Plaintiff(s): James Couldham.
Defendant(s): Francis Dusgate.
Subject of depositions: Plaintiff's estate in Amner Hall, "the Fouldcourse" called Amner Hall Fouldcourse, the "tripp of sheep" belonging to "Christ's College in Cambridge, and the inclosure of land demysed by the defendant to the complainant." Touching the tender of rent (for said Foldcourse, etc) made by the plaintiff to the defendant after deducting Parliament taxes levied for the town of Amner.
County/place: Norfolk; Cambridgeshire.
Date of commission: 15 June 1692.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 24 October 1692 at Norwich.
