Subject of depositions: Parish of Frensham. Whether said parish is 'accounted, deemed, and taken to be with in the Wylde of Surrey,' and hence free and exempted from the payment of tithe wood? etc. etc. Touching the tithing of Churt. Metes and bounds. Tithes.
