Plaintiff(s): William Burleston, clerk.
Defendant(s): Julius Deeds.
Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Midley, and defendant's lands in said parish, held of the colledge of All Saints, in Oxford. Also touching Henry Banks, DD, (formerly rector of said parish), and the parishes of Lydd and Promhill (Kent), and lands (in defendant's possession) belonging to the colledge of All Souls, Oxford, lying in Walland Marsh in said parish. Tithes.
County/place: Kent; Oxfordshire.
Date of commission: 15 June 1692.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 12 August 1692 at New Romney.
