Description

Short title: Tomy v Tomy.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Tomy, spinster.

Defendant(s): Henry Tomy.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage or dwelling-house in Much Byrch (Herefordshire), and closes called "Stony Cross" and "the Rough" late of Phillip Tomy and his wife Elizabeth (plaintiff's father and mother). Whether said lands are "gavell kinde lands and tenements, and discendable betweene brothers "? etc.

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1692.
