Description

Short title: Watmore v Hanford.

Plaintiff(s): William Watmore.

Defendant(s): Compton Hanford, Dorothy Hanford, widow, John Forte, Phillip Sowle, William Drinkwater.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Great Comberton, and the parishes of Great Comberton and Eckington (Worcestershire), and lands called "Little Dodenhill" in the possession of John Gonderton, Comberton Hill, in the possession of defendants, "the Orchard Estate" and "Woolershall." Metes and bounds. Tithes. [The names of Francis Hanford (late husband of the defendant Dorothy), Walter Hanford (late father of the defendant Compton), and Francis Hanford (defendant Compton's grandfather), are mentioned].
