Subject of depositions: "Common and usual place, dock, or key, and the method, the way, and manner how all ships usually importing hemp unto Portsmouth are usually unloden and delivered att there of such hemp on board them?" Whether by lighters? etc. Particularly touching a ship called "The Greyhound of Yarmouth" whereof defendant Garrett was late master, and "damage susteyned by plaintiff in his hemp" on board said ship.
