Description

Short title: Warboys v Fage.

Plaintiff(s): Arthur Warboys and his wife Hester, and Ann Fage (an infant), by her guardian.

Defendant(s): George Fage, Thomas Fage.

Subject of depositions: Personal estate, and the execution of the last will and testament of Thomas Fage, late father of the plaintiffs Hester and Anne.

County/place: Bedfordshire.
