Plaintiff(s): Richard Hutchinson, the elder, Richard Hutchinson, the younger, and Elizabeth, the wife of the said Richard Hutchinson, the younger.
Defendant(s): The Attorney General of the King and Queen that now are, the Attorney General of Her Majesty Catharine the Queene Dowager of England, and Thomas Covell.
Subject of depositions: Manor or farm of Newton Hall, near Sudbury (Suffolk), and a piece of waste ground or com'n in the parish of Newton, near Sudbury, called Newton Greene. Also touching the hundred of Baber alias Baker (Suffolk), leased by the trustees of the said Queen Dowager to the defendant Covell. Also touching the right to the soil and jurisdiction in said common. Encroachments, etc. Customs of said manor and hundred.
