[The estates of the late Queen Dowager Catherine, and of the late Queen Mother Henrietta Maria, in said manor, and a lease of said tolls granted by said Queen Mother to Pearcy Church, esq. and the names of Matthew Massam, John Woods, Richard Taverner, and John Hutchins, farmers or collectors of said tolls are mentioned].
