Description

Short title: Morgan v George.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Morgan.

Defendant(s): William George and Arnold George (an infant), by the said William George, his father and guardian.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and lands in the parish of Llangattock Lyngoed belonging to Walter Williams, now or late of the City of London, silk dyer, which said Walter mortgaged to his nephew William George (one of the now defendants). Touching the alleged purchase of the "Equity of Redemption" of said premises by plaintiff of the said Walter.

County/place: Monmouthshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1691.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 20 April 1691 at Monmouth.
