Description

Short title: Waters v Howorth.

Plaintiff(s): John Waters.

Defendant(s): Thomas Howorth, Thomas Prosser, David Powell.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parish of St Margaret, the hundred of Ewaslacy, woods called "Haybrook Wood" and "Chenston's Wood" and woods in said hundred belonging to Sir John Hoskins. Metes and bounds. Tithes. [The names and possessions of John Arnold, of Llanvihangell Crucorney, and Humphrey Howorth (father of defendant) are mentioned].

County/place: Monmouthshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1691.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 March 1691 at Llanvihangell Crucorney, delivered into Court 16 May 1691.
