Defendant(s): William Tubb.

Mortgage, etc. [The names and possessions of William Tubb, late of Long Hanney or East Hanney" (Berkshire), (plaintiff's grandfather), of John Tubb, of East Hanney (grandfather of defendant, and brother of said William), of William Tubb, of Eaton (Berkshire), eldest son of said William (father of the now plaintiff), are mentioned].
