Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Thomas Lloyd (plaintiff's grandfather, and defendant's grandfather "by a second wife ") and his estates, including the "lands in question" called "Yr-alt-Goch ", "Ty Gwyn Barthmawre ", "Tylanyllan" etc. [Rees Lloyd (plaintiff's father) and David Lloyd are mentioned].
